My headache never truly went away but I dealt with it all day. Shake for lunch again. Like the chocolate flavor better. It is frothy but the vanilla is more "milk" like when it is made. Like the thickness of the chocolate. Wish vanilla was more like that. Had a morning snack and afternoon snack simply because I was supposed to. Didn't feel like I "needed" it. I must say the afternoon Isagenix Slimcakes (cookie with fiber) was YUMMY! It was the best 90 calorie snack I think I have had! I mean that! You get 14 cookies for $18. Hmmm... $1.25 each. Is that good for an afternoon snack? What do you think?
I took a "before" photo of me today. I should have done it yesterday ... before my crazy 3 lbs weight loss. LOL
Here is my photo.
Okay... that isn't me! Duh! NOT showing my before picture just yet. You are going to have to wait for that one. But I promise in 28 more days, I will. What kind of experiment would it be if I wasn't completely honest? OMG... I need to start the exercise part of this plan!!!
Well, off to my Junior Service Meeting. This is a big test. We go out after and I can't really drink. That will bug me. I am going to have one vodka & water, I think. Dinner was supposed too filling! I didn't realize I was full until I was too full. I was hoping to only consume 400-500 calories at dinner so I could have that extra 100 for my drink... but I think I was closer to 600. Balsamic Chicken in the crock pot! Super good. One calorie counting website that I went to and entered teh recipe said it was about 400 calories but another ones said 600. Augh!

that sounds like yum and easy recipe that kids would like too. might try it out this week...i've got all the ingredients already! horray for a crock pot winner winner chicken dinner! =)
Erica, I recommend doing a brown rice if your family likes that. The juice/sauce was very clear and carried it and a lot of the flavor to the bottom of the bowls we had. I think next time I will shred up the chicken more when it is finished and mix in whole grain rice instead. The broth sauce had a lot of yummy balsamic flavor!
